The Graduate School of Management & Technology is currently seeking a CyberSecurity Lab Technical Specialist to assist in the development and implementation of the CyberSecurity Lab. Specific responsibilities include:
Assist in maintaining and managing the lab to support the curricula of cybersecurity programs
Setting up virtual machines; creating, deploying, and maintaining images for virtual instances
Setting up devices for networking, security, and management; assisting in setting up a secured closed network for online access
Assisting in managing the devices within the specific network in the lab
Managing student accounts within this network; assisting in monitoring, updating, and troubleshooting this network
Assisting in testing and implementing new lab exercises
Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Requires a Masters degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or related field; a minimum of five (5) years of work experience in networking, virtualization, system administration, server and storage management, trouble-shooting issues in networking, security, virtualization, server, workstations, and storage, as well as lab management. Position requires ability to work independently and in a team environment. Position also requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
